WINTER PARK, Fla. – Guy Fieri, one of the biggest stars of the Food Network, is set to open a new restaurant in Winter Park.

A new location of Fieri’s Chicken Guy! is moving into the shell of the former Steak ‘n Shake that sat at 818 S. Orlando Ave.

Whether it’s the homemade tortillas or the vegetarian green chile made with Pueblo chiles that draws customers to Julians Restaurant, 2111 W. Northern Ave., they always get a healthy dose of art with their meals.

Nathan’s Famous is relaunching a classic fast-food restaurant chain


(NEXSTAR) – Hungry for a bit of nostalgia?

Arthur Treacher’s Fish and Chips, a quick-service restaurant chain that once boasted over 800 locations around the country, is being relaunched as part of a virtual restaurant concept spearheaded by Nathan’s Famous.

In bringing the brand back, Nathan’s Famous initially plans to offer the Arthur Treacher’s menu at ghost-kitchen locations, many of which will be offering items from other restaurant brands in the Nathan’s Famous “portfolio.”

Hendersonville rib restaurant drops meat from menu, goes vegetarian


HENDERSONVILLE – For some, the pandemic was a time of soul-searching. That was the case with New York’s Eleven Madison Park chef-owner Daniel Humm, who recently told NPR he’s dropping the foie gras. 

When his three-Michelin Star restaurant reopens in June, it will serve an all plant-based menu.

That trend has already made its way to Hendersonville, where 2 Guys Pizza and Ribs has dropped the word “Ribs” from its name and launched a vegetarian menu. Prior to the new menu, the restaurant served ribs, pizza and wings for 14 years.
