Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Enjoy guilt-free, perfectly seasoned air fryer potato wedges. A healthier alternative to traditional frying with maximum flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Scrub the potatoes and cut them lengthwise into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato).
  • Soak the potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat completely dry for extra crispy wedges
  • Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Arrange potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook them in batches).
  • Cook (first stage): Air fry for 15 minutes.
  • Increase heat & finish: Increase temperature to 205°C (405°F) and cook for 5-10 more minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
