Aluminium foil
Ingredients
Heads of garlic (as many as you like)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper (optional)
Instructions
Cut about 1/4 to 1/2 inch off the top of each garlic head to expose the cloves.
Place each head of garlic on a square of aluminium foil. Drizzle with a teaspoon of olive oil, letting it soak into the exposed cloves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (if desired). Wrap the garlic tightly in the foil, creating a sealed pouch.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Place the foil-wrapped garlic in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes. Larger heads of garlic might take a little longer.
The garlic is done when the cloves are soft and golden brown. Carefully open a pouch (beware of hot steam!) and gently press a clove to check.
Let the garlic cool for at least 10 minutes before unwrapping. Squeeze the cloves out of their skins and enjoy!
