Almond Chocolate Coconut Cookies
Ingredients

flaked coconut

all-purpose flour

semisweet chocolate chips

toasted and chopped almonds
Instructions
You need to beat the egg whites until they are stiff. Adding sugar and vanilla gradually will ensure a smooth mixture.
Then stir in coconut and flour and mix well.
Add chocolate chips and almonds and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
Remove from the oven and let cool.
