6cupscrispy rice cereal

Browning Butter
Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Continue cooking the butter, stirring occasionally, until it turns a rich golden brown colour. Be sure to keep a close eye on it, as the butter can quickly go from browned to burnt.
Once the butter has reached that perfect golden hue, please remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Bringing It All Together
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well-blended
Add the marshmallows to the bowl and return it to low heat. Gently stir the mixture until the marshmallows have melted completely and you have a smooth, gooey mixture.
Remove the saucepan from heat and swiftly fold in the crispy rice cereal. Ensure that all the cereal is evenly coated with the luscious marshmallow mixture.
Shaping and Serving the Treats
Line a square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to lift the treats out later easily.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press it down firmly and evenly using a spatula or your hands.
