Chimichurri Sauce

Prep Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 packet of garlic salt
  • 6 chilli peppers
  • 2 sachets bouquet garni
  • 1 large onion
  • ½ tub of dried peppers
  • ¼ cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 pint (500ml) of vinegar
  • 1 pint 2 pints oil

Instructions

  • All ingredients, except the oil, should be boiled together in vinegar for five minutes.
  • Let the mixture cool.
  • Add the oil after the mixture has cooled.
  • Store in refrigerator.
