of refrigerated cinnamon rolls

For the icing
1
cup
of powdered sugar
2-5
tbsp
of milk

tsp
of vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Open the cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
Assemble
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Add the cinnamon roll pieces to the bowl and gently toss until they are coated in the egg mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and set in the centre.
Prepare the icing
While the casserole is baking, prepare the icing by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
Serve and enjoy
Once the casserole is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle the icing over the top of the casserole.
Slice into squares and serve warm.
