Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 2 ripe peaches

Instructions

  • Place the peaches in a blender and puree until totally smooth
  • Divide half the peach puree between four chilled champagne flutes and slowly top up with Prosecco, stirring as you pour.
  • Leave the other half of the puree and the extra bubbly for that second glass.
