Classic Bellini
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- 2 ripe peaches
Instructions
- Place the peaches in a blender and puree until totally smooth
- Divide half the peach puree between four chilled champagne flutes and slowly top up with Prosecco, stirring as you pour.
- Leave the other half of the puree and the extra bubbly for that second glass.
