Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 of club soda or alternative
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Start by peeling and removing the seeds from the two ripe mangoes. Cut them into smaller pieces and set aside. The ripest mangoes will give your mocktail the most intense and delicious flavour.
  • In a sturdy glass, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the back of a spoon. This will release the essential oils and flavours of the mint, enhancing the taste of your Mango Mojito Mocktail.
  • Take the mango pieces and add them to a blender. Blend until you have a smooth and creamy mango puree. If needed, add a splash of water to help with the blending process.
