Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, coating both sides.
In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.
Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to release any browned bits. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the liquid reduces slightly.
Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken breasts.
Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and slightly golden
Remove the skillet from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
Serve the Marry Me chicken with your favourite sides, such as rice or pasta, and enjoy!
