Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups apples, cored and diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup red grapes, halved
  • ½ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup drained crushed pineapple

Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, and crushed pineapple.
