Start by peeling and pitting the ripe mangoes. Cut the flesh into small chunks and place them in a blender or food processor. Blend until you have a smooth puree.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the mango puree, vodka, orange liqueur, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure all the flavours are well combined.
Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker and give it another good shake. This will help chill the drink and dilute it slightly. Once done, strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, using a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp or ice chips.
For an added touch of elegance, garnish your Mango Martini with a thin slice of fresh mango or a sprig of mint.
