Ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour
1tbspbaking powder
¼tspbaking soda
½tspsalt
1cupsour cream
4tbspmilk
Instructions
Set oven to 425 degrees F.
In a bowl, put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sour cream, and milk. Stir lightly until everything is mixed together. If you need to, add a little more milk to keep the dry ingredients together.
Dust the breadboard with a little flour and put the dough on it. Dust your hands with flour and gently knead the dough 8–10 times.
Pat out the dough until it is between 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter that has been dusted with flour and place on a baking sheet that has not been greased.
About 8 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Move from the pan to a rack for cooling.
