Ingredients:

  •  1 cup of strong cold-brew coffee
  • Vanilla Sweet Cream:
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup milk (any type works)
    • 2-3 tablespoons vanilla syrup (or 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Make the Vanilla Sweet Cream:

    • Combine heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup (or sugar and vanilla extract) in a jar or container.
    • Shake vigorously or use a frother until the mixture is foamy and doubled in volume.
  2. Assemble the Drink:

    • Fill a tall glass with ice.
    • Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
    • Slowly top with the vanilla sweet cream. It will create a beautiful layered effect.
    • Optional: Sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon

Notes:

  • Making Cold Brew: If you don’t have cold brew, steep 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee in 2 cups of cold water for 12-24 hours in the fridge. Strain before using.
  • Adjusting Sweetness: Start with 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup/sugar and add more if you like it sweeter.
