Ingredients
2 ripe peaches (peeled, halved and stones removed) or the equivalent using tinned peaches in their natural juice
1 bottle of Prosecco, chilled

Place the peaches in a blender and puree until totally smooth.
Divide half the peach puree between four chilled champagne flutes and slowly top up with Prosecco, stirring as you pour.
Leave the other half of the puree and the extra bubbly for that second glass.
