Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Looking for a tasty and healthy treat to enjoy this fall? Look no further than this delicious pumpkin bread recipe! Made with wholesome ingredients and bursting with flavour, this recipe is sure to become a new favourite in your household.

There’s nothing better than homemade pumpkin bread packed with cinnamon spice and pumpkin flavour. Obviously, everyone’s taste differs, but I don’t have anything I do not appreciate when it comes to sweets.

This recipe and almost all the pumpkin bread recipes to be fair don’t even require a mixer. With a bit of mixing and stirring, a quick bake, and it’s ready.

Ingredients

1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt

2 large eggs slightly beaten

1 ½ cups sugar

1 ½ cups canned solid pack pumpkin

½ cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup each walnut and raisin

Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Remember your ingredients should be at room temperature.

Direction

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Make sure a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan is well-greased.

Using a 5-quart mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients, then add eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil and beat until blended, then add the nuts and raisins.

The batter should be poured into the prepared loaf pan and baked for 70 minutes or until a pick inserted into the centre comes clean.

After cooling in the pan for 10 minutes, remove from the pan and continue cooling on the wire rack.
