Ingredients
1,5 chicken thighs [about 6-8]
1½ tbsp butter
2 onion
4 potatoes
2 carrots
2 stalks of celery
4 sprigs thyme
7 fl oz (200 ml) white wine
7 fl oz (200 ml) chicken broth (or water)
100g of olives
Italian seasoning to taste
salt to taste
Direction
Wash and dry the chicken. Rub the chicken with salt and butter.
Preheat the oven to 360℉ (180℃).
Peel 2 onions, 4 potatoes, and 2 carrots and chop the vegetables into large pieces. Cut 2 celery stalks into cubes.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and arrange the vegetables around it.
Pour in the wine and chicken broth (or water). Add 4 sprigs of thyme.
Cover the fry pot with a lid and place in the oven for 1 hour.
Then remove the lid and cook for another 30 minutes to brown the chicken
Serve: 4-6
