1 kg beef stew meat, cut into cubes

1 large onion, chopped

1 cup peanut butter

3 cups beef broth

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 cup carrots, peeled and sliced

Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until onions are translucent and fragrant.

Add the beef stew meat to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
