Ingredients
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup bulgur
one tbsp salt
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
One 3/4 lb tomato, chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
2 bunches fresh parsley, chopped
one set of fresh mint, chopped
Directions
Begin with a pot. Place the pot over a high heat level and fill it with water.
Allow the water to boil before moving to the next step.
Please remove it from its heating source Once the water is nice and boiling. Combine with the hot water your bulgur and place a lid over the pot.
Let the bulgur sit for about 20 mins.
Now grab a container for mixing, preferably a bowl, and put the bulgur into the container. Combine the following items with the bulgur: mint, salt, parsley, onions, lemon juice, tomatoes, and olive oil.
