Ingredients
1 cup of semolina
1 cup of desiccated coconut
1 cup of almond milk/coconut milk
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda

1/2 cup of honey
Direction
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of semolina, 1 cup of desiccated coconut, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
Use a whisk or fork to mix the dry ingredients together until they are well combined.
Set the bowl aside while you prepare the wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine the milk, 1/2 cup of plain yoghurt, 1/2 cup of honey, and 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil.
Whisk the wet ingredients together until they are well combined.
Then, pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.
If the batter is too thick, you can add a little bit of water to thin it out.
Once the batter is ready, pour it into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
